Research is important!
I’m participating in an online Brain Health Study. Will you join too!
Advancing the Frontier of Brain Health
Science and medicine currently focus on measuring brain decline and diagnosing brain injury and disease. Measuring holistic brain performance over time and understanding the brain’s upward potential is the next frontier.
Center for BrainHealth's BrainHealth Project can help fill the gaps and change the way the world looks at the true potential of the brain.
By looking at long-term data from a diverse group of people, The BrainHealth Project aims to identify patterns, associations and predictive markers that support optimal brain health outcomes. We invite you to help us better understand and realize a future with more brain gains and less brain decline.

About Me: Paula T. Morris
I am not a neuroscientist, dietitian, medical or health professional, or expert. These folks were my teachers.
I am
the daughter of an amazingly wonderful, intelligent woman who now lives in a Memory Care facility – vascular dementia.
the granddaughter (dad’s side) of my hero, who died of Alzheimer’s Disease.
the granddaughter (Mom’s side) of an accomplished woman who had a duck dog living in her fridge.
anxious about my own mental health!
To retain my Yoga Alliance Certification, I needed some continuing education. So, I took a course developed by the Alzheimer’s Research and Prevention Foundation (ARPF). After a lot of studying, I’m a Certified Brain Longevity Specialist. The course relieved my anxiety.
Now, I want to help you “Tip the scale of aging” and maybe reduce your anxiety, too.
