About Me: Paula T. Morris

That’s me with my mom.

I am not a neuroscientist, dietitian, medical or health professional, or expert. These folks were my teachers.

I am

  • the daughter of an amazingly wonderful, intelligent woman who now lives in a Memory Care facility – vascular dementia.

  • the granddaughter (dad’s side) of my hero, who died of Alzheimer’s Disease.

  • the granddaughter (Mom’s side) of an accomplished woman who had a duck dog living in her fridge.

  • anxious about my own mental health!

To retain my Yoga Alliance Certification, I needed some continuing education. So, I took a course developed by the Alzheimer’s Research and Prevention Foundation (ARPF). After a lot of studying, I’m a Certified Brain Longevity Specialist. The course gave me relieved my anxiety.

Now, I want to help you “Tip the scale of aging” and maybe reduce your anxiety, too.
